Inside Syria, TDA works to strengthen Syrian communities and build the foundation for a civil society that defends human rights, monitors and documents abuses, and holds authorities accountable for their actions.
To this aim, our Communicators Team (field staff working inside Syria) conducts local initiatives related to good governance, human rights, justice and accountability, women’s empowerment, and community leadership. Since 2016, more than 6,000 Syrians have participated in TDA’s community initiatives.
