Justice for victims in Syria – Is it achievable through international tribunals?

On Wendesday, September 16, 2020, The Day after has organized an online webinar via Zoom platform, with a group of Speakers working in justice-seeking initiatives, as well as survivors of human rights violations from Syria, to discuss several questions, the most important of which were:
What is the concept of justice according to victims of violations in Syria? How do they perceive the efforts being made on the path to justice through trials? What are the reasons for their lack of confidence, and how does this affect their cooperation with justice-seeking initiatives, such as documentation and witness testimony? How can organizations and activists in this field address these challenges?
