About TDA:
The Day After- TDA is a Syrian-led organization that works for democratic transition in Syria. TDA works with its partners among Syrian CSOs and international human rights organizations to influence Syrian and non-Syrian stakeholders in favor of the democratic transition and to keep transitional justice and accountability as a high priority during the transition.
Overview:
TDA is now in search of expert trainers with a deep commitment to our mission. We are seeking individuals with specialized knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Social Research
- Communication
- Advocacy
- Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Women’s Political Empowerment
- Strategic Planning
Purpose:
Our primary objectives for this training program are as follows:
- Empower participants with comprehensive knowledge in the specified areas of expertise.
- Equip participants with the skills to effectively apply the knowledge gained during the workshops to their future activities.
Training Details:
We are planning to conduct three days of intensive training on the date requested by TDA, which will take place in Istanbul.
Trainer Required Skills and Experience:
We are seeking trainers who possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in providing training in the areas of Strategic Planning, Social Research,Communication, Women’s Political Empowerment, and Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Preferably, relevant experience in the Syrian context, and previous experience in working with Syrian NGOs.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is essential.
Additionally, trainers should be able to enter into official contracts with TDA and receive their fees via bank transfers.
