About TDA: 

The Day After (TDA) is a Syrian non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a democratic transition in Syria, combating authoritarianism, and championing human rights in line with international standards. TDA emerged from a coalition of Syrian opposition figures aiming to guide the country through its transitional phase post-Assad regime. Central to TDA’s focus is the empowerment of local communities and civil society to lead Syria towards a future of peace, justice, and equality, reflecting a deep commitment to democratic values and the well-being of all Syrians.

 

Introduction:

Toplumsal Dayanışma ve Araştırma Derneği (TDA) is calling for proposals from qualified and experienced media companies to provide comprehensive media services for projects within the scope of Human Rights, Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) rights, and Transitional Justice. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing reports, creating infographics and video graphics, media coverage for workshops, live Zoom broadcasts, adding subtitles to videos, and conducting recorded interviews with participants.

 

Scope of Work:

         Design Services:

  1. Design visually appealing and professional reports related to our projects.
  2. Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity in all designed materials.

          Infographics and Video graphics:

  1. Create engaging and informative infographics and video graphics for project-related content.
  2. Present complex information in a visually accessible and compelling manner.

          Media Coverage:

  1. Provide media coverage for workshops and training sessions.
  2. Capture high-quality photographs and video footage during events.
  3. Use professional video cameras to record key moments.

          Live Broadcast on Zoom:

  1. Set up and manage live broadcasts on Zoom for workshops and events.
  2. Ensure a smooth and professional streaming experience for virtual participants.

         Subtitling Services:

  1. Add subtitles to recorded videos to enhance accessibility.
  2. Ensure accuracy and synchronization with the content.

        Recorded Interviews:

  1. Conduct recorded interviews with selected participants.
  2. Edit and deliver high-quality interview footage for use in promotional materials.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in providing media services for projects related to the above-mentioned scope.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design, infographic, and videographic work.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in live broadcasting and Zoom management.
  4. Availability to conduct interviews and provide media coverage during project events.

Proposal Submission:

Proposals should include:

   Overview of the company’s experience in providing similar media services.

  1. Portfolio of previous design, infographic, and videographic work.
  2. Detailed breakdown of costs for each service. All costs should be listed in euros.

Note:

  • Toplumsal Dayanışma ve Araştırma Derneği (TDA) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to negotiate separately with the selected vendor. The selected vendor will be required to sign a formal contract.
  • Proposals received after the assigned deadline will not be considered.
  • Only the shortlisted provider will be contacted by Mar 15th, 2024.
